Patented by the idea, also recently ratified by WHO, that immersion in art and beauty also causes tangible benefit to the physical and psychological health of human beings, the path presented here is a journey within heritage guided by meditation and self-knowledge practices.
The MARE cooperative, in collaboration with psychotherapists and art historians, has therefore constructed an immersive podcast in heritage, capable of telling the peculiarities of the Cascine Park, its history, and its relations with the great Medici dynasty, while at the same time immersing the visitor so that the relational experience with heritage is fulfilling and an opportunity for reflection on oneself and the world around us.
